Production of Awakenings is a collaboration of the NC Perinatal/Maternal
Substance Abuse Initiative Programs, the NC Dept. of Health and Human
Services, Division of MH/DD/SAS, Substance Abuse Services Section and the NC
Family Health Resource Line.
Awakenings is published twice a year with support from Substance Abuse
Prevention and Treatment Block Grant Funds. We welcome your comments and
