Carolina The five substance abuse masters degree programs in North Carolina meet with each other at the ATTC Mid-Atlantic Higher Education Conference, and via teleconference twice a year. These meetings, along with technical assistance from the NCATTC, facilitate a collaborative effort among the partner schools to further enhance the substance abuse field.
